LOCATION SERVICES AND FEES  Location of individual (including persons to be served, witnesses, and accident-related persons)  $100.00 in Oregon  $125.00 all other states Verification of an individual’s address in Oregon Verification of an individual’s address out of Oregon Location of assets of individuals Location of assets for businesses Location of heirs Minimum fee for any asset search per state (charged when assets are not located)  $50.00  $50.00  $275.00  $500.00  Agreed case by case  $50.00    Asset search requests with an incorrect or missing address will be assessed an asset search fee and a location fee. SCOPE OF ASSET SEARCHES Generally includes location of the following on an individual or business, as the case may be: 1) real property ownership in individual's county of residence. If individual resides in Portland, OR, then Portland tri-county area searched; 2) real property ownership in county where sole proprietor, partnership or corporation located; 3) individual's employment; 4) bank accounts and credit union accounts (to the extent allowed by law with judgment). NOTE: The asset search fee is due upon the location of any one of the above applicable assets. The above minimum fee applies. If ordered specifically, will search DMV (not ordered generally since vehicles are often secured, leased, or less than statutory value). Other special searches available upon request for an agreed upon fee, e.g. Oregon Marine Board search, aircraft search. Pre-printed terms and conditions on Legal Locator Service, LLC’s then current order request form govern services it provides and expressly override any terms and conditions to the contrary in any customer documentation to Legal Locator Service, LLC. LEGAL LOCATOR SERVICE, LLC (“LLS”) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
